These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pizzametric, a software platform operated by Outreach Consult, LLC ("Pizzametric," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Pizzametric provides food cost and margin intelligence software for independent pizzeria operators, including ingredient cost tracking, recipe costing, margin reporting, and related features described on our pricing page.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
New subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin at the rate for your selected plan, and your payment method will be charged. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@pizzametric.com.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan, and are non-refundable except as required by law.
The Essential plan is limited to 30 menu items. The Professional plan includes unlimited menu items and additional features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.
You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the platform, including ingredient costs, recipes, and menu information. We will not access, use, or share your business data except as necessary to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy, or as you direct.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; reverse engineer or copy the platform; or use the Service to store or transmit harmful code.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and we are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though you may request an export of your data within 30 days of cancellation.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that cost calculations or margin data will be error-free; you remain responsible for verifying your own business figures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outreach Consult, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
