This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between you ("Customer") and Outreach Consult, LLC, operator of Pizzametric ("Processor"), and applies to the extent Pizzametric processes personal data on Customer's behalf in connection with the Service.
Terms such as "personal data," "processing," and "data subject" have the meanings given under applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable U.S. state privacy laws, where relevant.
Pizzametric processes limited personal data on Customer's behalf, primarily relating to Customer's own staff accounts and any customer or supplier contact information Customer chooses to store within the platform. Pizzametric does not require sensitive personal data to operate and Customer should avoid entering such data into the platform.
Customer is responsible for ensuring it has a lawful basis to provide any personal data to Pizzametric and for responding to data subject requests relating to data Customer has entered into the platform.
Pizzametric uses the following subprocessors to deliver the Service:
Pizzametric will provide reasonable notice of any change to this subprocessor list.
Pizzametric maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data, consistent with the measures described in our Privacy Policy.
Upon termination of the Service, Pizzametric will delete or anonymize Customer's personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law, consistent with our data retention practices.
Pizzametric will provide reasonable assistance to Customer in responding to data subject requests and regulatory inquiries relating to data processed through the Service.
Liability under this DPA is subject to the limitations set out in the Terms of Service.
